Well, that was a terrible week. I put the hex on myself after that last post about training. I hurt my calf on the Sunday long run, and its causing a bit of discomfort. Looks like its more than just tightness. Oh well, its been treatment and rest this week to try and get it better. It improved by the weekend, but still not 100%. To make matters worse, I think I am sick as well. Good combination. This has meant I have to reassess the races I wish to run pre-Christmas. Stay tuned.
No Run. Had some light fascia work done on my calf
PM – 30min jog + regular weekly massage
No run. Chiropractic appointment + dry needling
AM – 30min jog (much improved)
AM – 50min run (even better
