Week Ending 31st August, 2014

These updates have been missing for a while, but hopefully i can get back to some regular blogging. Training this week was a pretty good week after starting off a bit crook. I took it easy throughout, before having a pretty decent weekend of running. It wasn’t anything amazing, but some decent mileage. Hopefully I can start Spring with a healthy immune system and keep up some consistent training over the summer.

PM – General 60 minute Run (13.5km)

Tuesday
PM – General 60 minute Run (14km)

Wednesday
PM – General 60 minute Run (15km)

Thursday
AM – General 45 minute Run (10.5km)
PM – General 60 minute Run (15.5km)

Friday
AM – General 40 minute Run (10km)

Saturday
AM – Session : 5km warmup, 12 x Half-Lakes [1 minute recovery], 5km warm down
PM – General 45 minute Run (10km)

Sunday
AM – 1 hour 45 minutes (26km)

Weekly Total : 133 kilometres
