The title pretty much sums up this last month. I have been training hard, putting in the mileage, doing the core work, getting the treatment, eating well, sleeping well. So why do I still feel tired? That would be because eventually training catches up with you. How I deal with it will help me improve. And just when I start to get a little bored with it all, I see a weekend like the one just gone and I just want to race.
