Blog: Back in the Swing of Things

After a couple of easy weeks, I’m back up to running at least 16km every day. I’ve made steady increases towards my normal training load of 180km as I prepare to begin sessions/workouts from this Tuesday. Before that first session, I will be doing a VO2Max test at NSWIS, together with some other testing and assessments, to assist in planning the next six months worth of training and racing.
